- Abstract
The article presents the E3 ubiquitin ligase HECW1 promotes the metastasis of nonsmall cell lung cancer cells through mediating the ubiquitination of Smad4. Topics discussed include Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death globally. Ubiquitin modification plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression; and the aim of our study was to clarify the role and mechanisms of action for HECT.
