The article reports the consequences of the Oklahoma Supreme Court's decision in the case 'Ledbetter v. Howard' concerning juror-misconduct issue arose in a medical malpractice case. Topics discussed include laws governing judicial misconduct, decision of the Supreme Court in the case 'Colcord v. Conger' and 'Carter State Bank v. Ross' on anti-impeachment rule; and introduction of the Oklahoma Evidence Code.
