The article discusses the Consumer Engagement in Health Care Survey conducted by the Employee Benefit Research Institute and market research company Greenwald & Associates. Topics discussed include percentage of health reimbursement arrangement plan holder among individuals enrolled in consumer-driven health plan (CDHP), decline in the enrollment in CDHPs and percentage of consumers who asked for a generic drug instead of a brand name.
