- Abstract
The article explores the effect of depth and dose imaging of marked cells based on in vivo imaging studies. It notes that Kodak x-sight 549 dye was utilized to mark mesenchymal stem cells injected to the rat used in the study. It implies that the intensity of the dye becomes brighter as the amount of dye is increased. Moreover, a table is presented depicting the mean and sum intensities of signals produced by the dye.
