- Title
Towards a Hermeneutics of Ambiguity: The Book of Esther and the Silence of Signs.
- Authors
Rojtman, Betty
- Abstract
The article presents a critical analysis of the book "The Book of Esther." Returns, coincidences and surprises are the fissures in the logic of the plot. In a literary work, a reader experiences the emotions imparted by the plot through the help of the narrator or by one of the characters. The plot of the book is structured with the consideration of the effect of discordant concordance. A reinterpretation of the plot is being called for by the coincidence of causal series in the book.
