The article discusses juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) with reference to the case of a 2-year-old girl presenting with a 4x4mm yellow papule on her right thigh that had not grown or changed in the 3 months since its appearance. The clinical presentation, diagnosis and management of JXG are described. An image of the papule is included.
