- Abstract
The author reflects on the open government strategy for health agencies of Canada. He mentions that the idea came from the U.S. government wherein the Health Canada was directed to apply the approach. He says that the goal of the strategy was to address the secrecy of several agencies including Health Canada and Public Health Agency. According to the author, research evidence and company submissions in launching for new devices and medications must be available in public.
