- Abstract
The article reports on the reduction in the incidences of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) by promoting cleanliness among health care providers,that was achieved by the South Shore Health in Nova Scotia. The health authority had formed a special task force which targets front line medical staff to control the infection rate. An overview of the media campaign discussing isolation procedures for patients and their families is discussed.
