- Authors
Cairncross, Sandy; Bartram, Jamie; Cumming, Oliver; Brocklehurst, Clarissa
- Abstract
The article focuses on the analysis of the problems on hygiene, sanitation, and water supply (HSW) subsectors and how these can be addressed in developing countries. It says that the HSW deliverance problems root in areas such as political neglect and low ambition levels of governments. It also adds that coordination among world local government, central government, external agencies, and the health sector in defining their roles will improve HSW.
