- Abstract
The article presents information on a law enacted by Oregon that allows the employees the option of opting out of company meetings where they are held as a subject to the communications of the company. It discusses the summary judgment granted by the court regarding the want of ripeness for the defendants. Information on the issue of human dignity and the system of federal government with respect to this is also presented.
