- Authors
Brito, Jerry; Ellig, Jerry
- Abstract
The article discusses a report from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on net neutrality. Both agencies have been considering arguments for and against issues of net neutrality regulation in the report. The information gathered concluded that there is little evidence that would help assess whether discrimination that is harmful to consumers will occur, and little evidence of market failure.
