- Abstract
The article discusses the survey concerning the judgments and decisions on human rights relevant to international justice by the International Court and other International bodies on human rights in 2003. It evaluates the inconsistency of the immunity of the Head of State from criminal proceedings provided by the fundamental principle of International law regarding on the international warrant of arrest issued by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of the President of the Republic of Liberia, Charles Ghankay Taylor. It reviews the obligations of States to inform detained foreign nationals of their consular notification right. It outlines the evolution of the scope of obligation of the States in prosecuting the crime of rape and execution of individuals below 18 years old.
