- Abstract
The article presents information on the issue of the bouncing blank checks of the executives of corporations with respect to the judicial review and the statutory process of the U.S. The government of the country focuses on the judicial protection of the citizens under the current law and the targeting policy and the case law of Anwar al-Awlaki who was believed to be the leader of the terrorist organization Al Qaeda. Information on the impact of the case on the American organization like Council on Foreign Relations, Bipartisan Policy Center and RAND Corp. is also presented.
