This essay discusses the author's experience of living on the edge of Australia which is in New South Wales. Her parents dreamt of building a house on a sea cliff. She recalls her experience of riding in a tiny grey-green Renault with a friend celebrating the freedom of a driving license around the curving road on the cliffs north of Wollongong. She also mentions about the visit of about three thousand people to a beach in Bondi.
