- Abstract
The article discusses the symposium titled "Information Privacy Law at the Crossroads" that was held at Boston University School of Law in Boston, U.S. on November 3, 2023. Topics discussed include the impact of privacy loss on minoritized communities, the use of privacy as an antisubordination legal tool and the role of privacy in advancing values such as autonomy and equality. The attendees included Woody Hartzog, Organizer of the symposium and Editor-in-Chief, Keenan Hunt-Stone.
