- Abstract
Relevance Revealing the peculiarities of the influence of resort factors on tissue hemocirculation and lympho-circulation is currently a relevant research, as it allows explaining the mechanisms of sanogenic action of the microvasculature of the lymphatic system, as well as proving the usefulness and necessity of annual resort prevention and treatment. Aim of the study The aim of the study was to study the parameters of peripheral tissue hemo- and lympho-microcirculation in conventionally healthy children during a complex of rehabilitation measures at the Belokurikha resort. Materials and methods The work examined 10 conditionally healthy girls (8-14 years old) and 10 conditionally healthy boys (7-12 years old), asthenic physique, who received a set of procedures in the Children's sanatorium of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation "Belokurikha" for 21 days. The complex of health-improving measures included: balneotherapy-nitrogen-silicon baths with a low content of radon (10), climatotherapy, exercise therapy, massage, phytotherapy. The study of the parameters of microcirculation of blood flow and lymph flow was carried out using an analyser "LAZMA ST" (OOO NPP "Lazma", Russia), by the method of Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF). Microcirculation indices were recorded in the skin on the pad of the distal phalanx of the middle finger of the left upper extremity on the 2nd day after the arrival of the children and on the 20th day of stay in the sanatorium, after the end of the course of health-improving measures. The indices of hemocirculation and lymphocirculation recorded at LDF, or the value of tissue perfusion, were processed using the methods of variation statistics, at p <0.05. Research results According to the study it was found that in a group of conditionally healthy boys index of haemocirculation (IGC) at the end of the period of stay in the resort increased by 3.36%, while the index lymphocirculation (ILC) decreased by 21.3%. In the group of conditionally healthy girls, IGC at the end of the period of stay in the sanatorium decreased by 13.6%, and the ILC decreased by 14.9%. Conclusions As a result of the experiment, it was found that the effect of a complex of resort factors in conventionally healthy children changes the microcirculation indices by the end of their stay in the sanatorium, while differences in the effect on gender were noted.
