- Abstract
The article presents a study on the reconciliation of bedload sediment transport rates in the ephemeral and perennial river Nahal Yatir in Israel. The study intends to resolve the causes of the flash flood which has been associated to bedload transport. The shallow water hydrodynamic model was used to be able to resolve the contrasting bedload transport rates in ephemeral and perennial rivers.
