- Abstract
Despite the different legal traditions, judicial control of the administrative proceedings is a general commitment for the member states of the European Union. The obligation to establish judicial control over administrative action derives from the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as from the law of the European Union. Namely, their commitment is aimed at establishing a wide range of judicial control over administrative proceedings. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the normative framework on which the administrative dispute under the European Convention on Human Rights is based, how to perceive the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in the interpretation of the Article 6 of the Convention in the segment of administrative court protection.
