- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of honing the questioning skills of criminal law students in the first year of law education. According to the author, asking questions helps students improve their cognitive skills. The author recommends criminal law teachers to provide students with questioning templates. The author explains the use of questioning exercises and offers an example which is called the Trial of Baker for the Unlawful Possession of Cocaine.
