- Abstract
The article focuses on the political and social development after the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict in Israel. After the war, the country developed a tradition of freedom of information and media openness. In addition, the public has access to international channels of communication to absorb information and knowledge. International-level progress was also made in medical electronics, agro-technology, and computer hardware and software. To be successful in facing its enemies, the government has invested enormous efforts in satisfying its security needs and has a strong and well-equipped army.
