- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 46-year-old male patient with ongoing history of cocaine abuse presented with bilateral pain in the anterior thigh. Case highlights include circular bilateral periostitis according to the magnetic resonance image of both thighs, results of chest radiographs and echocardiography, and exposure to the cocaine adulterant levamisole.
