The article describes a visit by members of a committee of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association (ABA) to the Children's Center, a day-care center for low-income families in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The history of the center and its financial status as a community supported organization that receives no public funds are discussed.
