- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 3-year-old boy admitted with complaints of enlarged penis and pubic hair development. The boy was diagnosed with 11β-hydroxylase deficient congenital adrenal hyperplasia and started in hydrocortisone treatment. However, due to irregular check-up and refusal of the boy's family to accept treatment, the child's metabolic control was poor. It recommends monitoring of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with ultrasonography, especially in puberty.
