Abstract
The article presents tips on the proper use apostrophe in when writing. It states that apostrophe should be used to show possession, not to show plurality, except in few specific instances. Several sentences are presented which show the common mistake of using apostrophe to signify plurality. One example mentioned is writing "banana's on sale" instead of "bananas on sale."
