- Abstract
The article focuses on the issue of Japanese company's trademark Sanguang. It states that China rejected the registration trademark of Japanese company due to the dissent of Ma Peifeng which was posted in Guangzhou Daily and the 10000 rejection demands in Chinese Internet sites. It notes that Sanguang is a humiliating trademark and is against in the Article 10(6) of the Trademark Law of the people's republic of China and Section 2(a) of Lanham Act in the United States.
