- Title
Government defends its dog control proposals.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the response of the Great Britain's government to the proposal made by the House of Commons Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs Committee (EFRACom) regarding dog control and welfare. The committee notes that the proposal of the government on dog control is inadequate and suggested a more comprehensive, preventative approach. The government decided not to consolidate dog legislation to confer any great benefit to the public.
