- Abstract
The article discusses the 2019 amendments of the 2011 Texas Citizen Participation Act (TCPA) to fix its anti-strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPP). Among the changes cover the origin and meaning of 'matter of public concern' and the broad protections for the media. Also cited are the states with anti-SLAPP laws like Maine, Maryland, and Delaware.
