- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year-old man with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension, admitted to the hospital for not taken insulin for several days. The patient has underwent a medical examination which revealed the patient has tachypnea, tachycardia and jaundice and was diagnosed with emphysermatous pyelonephritis. The hospital suggested the patient should underwent a medical therapy, medical treatment and surgical management for the rare life-threatening disease.
