This is initially a synthesis drawn from the critical study of the evidence related to archaeological and geological stratigraphies, climate, flora, fauna, environment, types of sites, bone and lithic industries, ceramics, chronology, etc. Equally important was the fact of the long-term settlement of the region by groups of villagers with economies horticulturists, without having abandoned hunting, gathering and fishing.
