- Abstract
The article discusses a study on the implication of langerhans cell (LCs) mobilization in recognizing between early-onset and late-onset psoriasis. It reveals that the identification of several psoriasis susceptibility loci have shown that genetic disposition plays an important role in its development triggered by environmental factors. It mentions that the function of LCs and its mobilization is impaired in the uninvolved skin of patients with early-onset psoriasis.
