- Abstract
A 55-year-old lady was referred to the retina clinic, with history of globe hypotony post peribulbar anesthesia injection in the left eye (OS). Left eye fundus view was obscured owing to vitreous hemorrhage, whereas the right eye was normal. This essay highlights manifestations of peribulbar anesthesia injection-related globe perforation and showcases an example of severe intraocular injury without resultant visual compromise.
