The article presents a case study of a 76-year-old female who was presented with breast cancer and deterioration of general health condition. The patient was found to have developed sinus tachycardia and hypotension. An intra-arterial angiography and selective embolization of the artery feeding the angiomyolipoma were administered which led to the development of acute renal failure.
