- Title
PERSONALITY TESTS AS PREDICTORS OF CONSULTING SUCCESS.
- Authors
Miner, John B.
- Abstract
The studies considered here extend the prior analyses within the personality sphere. The original objective was to identify procedures that might supplement the psychological evaluations in this respect. At least as important as the objective of establishing predictors for use in selection, however, is the goal of learning about consulting success. What kinds of people, with what personality characteristics, perform effectively within the role structure of a successful management consulting firm?
