- Abstract
The article discusses topic related to the global financial crises and the break down in world trade. It emphasizes the impact of the world trade break down and the global financial crises on the widespread global recession within 60 years. It mentions that the global gross domestic product (GPD) has possibility of first time recording annual decline since 1946. It also offers a discussion over the gradual global recovery from recession. In addition, it presents several charts which depicts the forecast for the growth of GPD and inflation in the major economies and the chance for prolonged contraction.
