- Title
Model Design of New Automatic Straw Checkerboard Paver for Desert Based on Fischertechnik.
- Abstract
The automatic straw checkerboard paver for desert is a solution to the problems of low efficiency and high time cost of traditional manual planting of straw checkerboards. The machine consists of a power unit, a control device, an accuracy calibration device, a vertical straw pressing device and a horizontal straw pressing device. It adopts a crawler walking mode and is powered by four motors. Its control system consists of a C51 microcontroller, a Bluetooth module and a motor drive module, which can achieve functions of remote control and obstacle avoidance. The vertical straw pressing device consists of a roller, a screw mechanism and a straw checkerboard conveying mechanism, while the horizontal straw pressing device consists of a crank slider mechanism and a stroke multiplication mechanism, achieving straw pressing function. The accuracy calibration device uses the ultrasonic sensor and infrared sensor to monitor and detect the straw pressing process to ensure the quality. The workflow is as follows: the machine starts up, and the horizontal downward pressing transmission device starts to move, paves the straw checkerboard on the transmission belt and gradually presses it into the sand. The vertical straw pressing device is activated synchronously, conveys the straw checkerboard to the ground and presses it into the desert land. The machine maintains vertical straw pressing while moving forward and achieves horizontal straw pressing according to the preset distance interval, during which fine adjustments are made to prevent directional deviation. A detection system continuously monitors the paving depth of straw checkerboards to ensure that they are accurately pressed into the sand.
