- Title
Research on Multi-attribute Decision-making Method for Routine Maintenance of Construction Machinery.
- Abstract
Construction machinery is an important part for completing engineering tasks, timely and reliable maintenance work is an important means to maintain, restore and improve the mechanical support-capability, only by developing a scientific and effective maintenance program for construction machinery and determining a reasonable maintenance mode can specific arrangements be made for the maintenance of machinery, thereby determining the allocation of support resources required by the maintenance of construction machinery to avoid resource waste. In view of the decision-making problem in maintenance program of construction machinery, the maintenance support objects and maintenance organization structure of construction machinery are analyzed and defined, and on the basis of traditional fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making analysis method, fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the maintenance mode. The two-tuple linguistic theory and its aggregation operator are introduced to solve the problems of diversified attribute indicators of maintenance mode and inconsistent granularity of linguistic evaluation sets of the decision-making group. A multi-attribute group decision-making model of maintenance mode of construction machinery based on two-tuple linguistics is established, and on this basis, the relationship between the maintenance decision-making of construction machinery and the support resources is systematically discussed, which provides corresponding ideas and methods for development and implementation of scientific and reasonable machinery maintenance support program.
