Evaluation of Engineering Equipment Maintenance Support Capability Based on Delphi-AHP-GCM.
- Abstract
In view of the lack of effective evaluation method for engineering equipment maintenance support capability at the current stage, a maintenance support capability evaluation method based on Delphi-AHPGCM is proposed. This method firstly adopts the Delphi method to construct the maintenance support capabilityevaluation indicator system, and after two rounds of expert evaluation, the indicators are screened, and feasibility is verified. On the basis of the traditional analytic hierarchy process, the mean value of the indicator weights initially determined by the experts is introduced as a scale for measuring the importance of each indicator, the weight of the indicator at each level is assigned scientifically, and the grey fix-weight clustering analysis method is used to evaluate and score the whole system. This method is applied to evaluate the maintenance support capability of a mechanical equipment factory, the evaluation results show that the constructed indicator system is objective, effective, scientific and reasonable, and the evaluation results are accurate.
