- Abstract
An essay is presented on the legal implications for intragroup dissent and its role in the representation of the group identity. Topics discussed include role of lawyers in the representation of social groups, role of legal advocacy in the construction of group identity and association of the U.S. constitutional law with the cultural rights in reference to the international human rights law. It further discusses the involvement of the U.S. lawyers in the resolution of the intragroup conflicts.
