The article presents U.S. commercial law case studies and examples of antitrust violations. Several cases are described, including the United States v. South Florida Asphalt Company et al.; Hardrives Co. Inc. and Montgomery-Barnett Construction Corp. v. East Coast Asphalt Corp., R. H. Wright Inc. and South Florida Asphalt Inc.; City of Fort Lauderdale v. East Coast Asphalt Corp. et al.; Jerome Lieberthal v. North Country Lanes Inc., Sports Arenas Inc., et al. which all deal with alleged violations of the Sherman Act.
