- Abstract
With increasing diversity, organisations want to create inclusive places. However, there needs to be more research on how consultants can improve inclusion. With an ethnographic stance, we investigate their interventions with organisations that reveal three modes: prototyping, collective intelligence and identity revelation. The latter serves three purposes of inclusion: of self, of the group and sense. The processes are twofold: the inclusion of members in the expression of their singularity and their preparation for action. This accompaniment results in the revelation of singularity that is a catalyst for inclusion.
