The article examines the modern trends of teen sexting and cyberbullying in the U.S. and reflects on the constitutional implications of current laws in this context. It defines sexting and analyzes the current legislation targeted at punishing and deterring sexting. It describes cyberbullying and explores its potential harms. It also determines the U.S. Constitution First and Fourteenth Amendment issues implicated by the current sexting and cyberbullying laws.
