- Abstract
Background. Accreditation in a healthcare organization is a multifaceted process that affects organizational processes and working conditions, included educational processes of employees. As it's known, the success of the accreditation of a healthcare organization is related to some aspects of personnel (poor qualification, lack of knowledge and skills) can negatively affect the processes of accreditation in ahealthcare organization not only on the initial phases. Methods. The Study was conducted in primary healthcare institutions that are already accredited. A questionnaire survey of the 569 participants of the research was completed. Results. During the conducted Study, it was found that most medical staff in the analyzed organizations are satisfied with the impact of accreditation on organization. The results of the study also revealed statistically significant differences between sociodemographic indicators and attitudes on the impact of accreditation on staff education. Conclusions. The results of this study have shown the importance of accreditation in healthcare organizations and the statistically significant relationships between sociodemographic indicators and employees view on the necessity of the improvement of qualification of personnel in accreditation.
