- Abstract
The article presents imaging case report of Klippel Feil Syndrome (KFS) with occipital encephalocele, left pelvic kidney, and anorectal malformation fetal imaging. A maternal pelvic-fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) had been performed at 31 weeks gestation which demonstrates a large occipital meningoencephalocele and dilatation of the duodenum. It mentions the most frequently associated conditions with occipital encephaloceles which includes KFS.
