- Abstract
The article focuses on a 41-year-old man with an asymptomatic chest X-ray opacity in which his computed tomography (CT) confirmed the presence of a five centimeter (cm) solid mass. It says that the patient underwent a CT-guided fine-needle biopsy which suggested a solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura. It presents the image of the lesion found within the lung wherein a wedge resection was performed.
