The article discusses the judgment in the England and Wales High Court's case Vehicle & Operator Services Agency, R (on the application of) v. Kayes, wherein the court dismissed the charges against the defendant called as Kayes. It informs that Kayes was stopped when he was driving back his trailer full of mobile catering equipment home from a show, for which he was charged. The action was brought by the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency of the Department of Transport of the Great Britain.
