- Abstract
The article discusses the provisions of the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021 (PRO Act) that aims to amend the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to make labor organizing of American workers easier. Also cited are the alleged link between the NLRA flaws and union membership decline, and the main purpose of the NLRA under the Wagner Act, the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947, and the Landrum-Griffin Act of 1959.
