The article presents information on the important issues in labor law and policy and the violation of the U.S. National Labor Relations Act's section by Boeing Co. based on unfair labor practice. It discusses discrimination of labors based on hire or tenure of employment and the rights of the employees to join unions. It further discusses the movement of jobs for avoiding unionization and the concept of right-to-work state. It also focuses on the role of the U.S. National Labor Relations Board.
