- Title
Dynamic covalent chemistry: Catalysing dynamic libraries.
- Authors
Miller, Benjamin L.
- Abstract
The article discusses the aspect of a dynamic covalent chemistry (DCC), a conceptual framework whereby aniline-catalyzed acylhydrazone dynamic combinatorial libraries (DCLs) are generated under equilibrating conditions. It mentions the capability of the DCL to undergo molecular evolution as a function of thermodynamic selection pressure. Meanwhile, it suggests the need for the exchange reactions of the DCC to be operated under conditions compatible with the biological target.
