The article discusses the reports of a research on "Living in the landscapes of the 21st century" which was conducted in high schools of metropolitan and rural Victoria. The conception of students of the landscapes was investigated to explore connection between their career and aspirations with their understanding of natural resource management which include agriculture, food, and land and water management.
