- Abstract
This paper discussed that influence of different dyeing time and dyeing temperature on dye uptake and the formaldehyde content through the multiple linear regression analysis method, respectively, which established linear regression equation of dye uptake, the formaldehyde content with different dyeing process conditions. The best dyeing conditions were as follows: dyeing time 45 min and the dyeing temperature 80 °C. The experimental results showed that dye uptake could achieve 92. 1% and the highest value of the formaldehyde content was 33. 09 mg/kg. The linear regressions of feather fibers had a high fitting precision and a good predicting ability. It was valuable to the manufacture of feather fibers.
